Your account
In order to purchase goods you will need to create an account. You will only need to do this once and all your details will be stored at 'James Howard'. You can view and edit your account using 'My Account'.
Checkout
Once you have added all the goods you wish to purchase to your shopping basket you can checkout and create an order. Checkout requires your credit/debit card details which are not stored with your account for additional security.
Orders
You can keep track of your orders using 'My Orders'.

Credit card and debit card transactions are secured and encrypted using technology from www.InstantSSL.com.
Card details are not recorded or stored. However The last 4 digits of the card number are stored with orders in case of future queries.
All transactions are processed by Natwest bank using technology from www.Protx.com and www.StreamLine.com.
'James Howard' take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from James Howard Equestrian Products.

No personal information from this site will be reused or shared with any 3rd party companies.

Availability
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after an order has been placed. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.
Prices
Where applicable all prices include VAT.
Every effort is made to maintain the prices shown on the website. However, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.
Postage & Packing
Whenever possible we aim to despatch goods within 3 working days of receiving your order. However, at times of exceptional demand, delivery times may be extended.
UK 2-3 days - Carriage free
Currently 'James Howard' can only deliver to the UK.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Returned Goods
A full refund will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 28 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 28 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
